Adobe Design is seeking a Senior Designer to join the Spectrum Design System, one of the most well-respected design systems in the world. We bridge design and technology, providing Adobe with resources, tools, and services that bring clarity, coherence, and polish to all Adobe products.

As a key member on the Spectrum design team, your work and voice will have a far-reaching impact. You will elevate design quality across foundational systems and the big-picture for design across Adobe, and inspire visionary thinking by pushing what's possible with Spectrum.

Requirements

High level of craftmanship within visual and UI design
Experience in design systems and a track record of solving creative problem sets
Ability to solve complex design challenges across products or platforms
Expert level proficiency with Figma and Figma libraries
Collaborative and open-minded outlook with a high degree of comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Experimentation-driven approach to learning and working with new tools, such as Claude Code, Figma connectors, and advanced prototyping
Solid understanding of and passion for accessible and inclusive design practices
Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
