As Principal Product Marketing Manager, make an immediate impact with creative storytelling to drive Vendia's next chapter of growth. Vendia is at the forefront of enabling end-to-end visibility in multi-enterprise environments. Our innovative solution powers real-time trusted multi-party data sharing via patented distributed serverless blockchain technology.

Work with Sales, Solutions Architects, Solution Consulting, and Product teams to position, message, and brand Vendia’s platform and solutions. Own customer-facing assets and drive presence on digital channels like website, social, and media. Engage analysts, enable sales, and manage customer advocacy.

Join the marketing team as a player/coach, reporting directly to the CMO with responsibility for company-level OKRs including adoption, pipeline, and revenue. Influence cross-functional teams while driving outcomes directly. Thrive in a fast-moving dynamic environment operating between big picture and details.

Define strategies informed by user research and market insights to attract, convert, and retain customers across the lifecycle. Advocate for users, shape product vision, and drive GTM experiments for scaling. Build relationships with analysts like Gartner and technology partners.

Requirements

  • Strategic result-driven marketer with understanding of various marketing aspects thriving in fast-moving dynamic environments
  • Team player able to align cross-functional teams toward common objectives partnering with sales, customer success, product, design
  • Data-driven and intuitive knowing market and competitive landscape sensing directions to build hypotheses for alignment
  • Great player/coach driving outcomes directly while mentoring and influencing marketing functions setting goals and priorities
  • Highly organized and articulate working at fast pace clearly articulating business priorities and team support for objectives
  • Metric-driven with excellent focus on results

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies to reach customer segments using qualitative and quantitative insights for messaging and positioning
  • Develop and evolve product positioning, messaging, and content including sales tools, web content, and case studies
  • Develop, run, and analyze experiments with GTM teams to uncover non-linear scaling motions
  • Advocate for existing and prospective users while monitoring competitive landscape and influencing product vision
  • Work closely with sales, solution consulting, solution architects, product management, design, and engineering for GTM strategy and launches
  • Drive analyst and influencer relationships including Gartner and leaders in technology and business applications
  • Help drive GTM motions with technology and services partners
