As an AI Sales Engineer, you will partner with account executives to articulate Arize's value proposition and strategy throughout the sales process. You will lead product demonstrations, conduct discovery on prospects' GenAI tech stacks, and drive proof-of-concept motions from requirements gathering to close.
Working side-by-side with some of the most sophisticated GenAI teams in the world, you will act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. The team is composed of industry veterans who have built deep learning infrastructure, autonomous drones, ridesharing marketplaces, and more.
You will handle technical objections and develop strategies across sales, engineering, and product to unblock them. This role offers the chance to shape how digital native AI/ML organizations adopt observability and evaluation, with significant exposure to cutting-edge production AI deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineer
- Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Knowledge of LLM / Agentic frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, and DSPy
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and application evaluation plus development lifecycle
- A quick and self-learner, undaunted by technical complexity of production AI deployments
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to articulate the overall Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
- Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform and advise on GenAI and ML best practices
- Lead discovery to understand prospect’s GenAI tech stack and collaborate with the Sales team to construct a compelling value proposition
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) motions with prospective buyers
- Handle technical objections and develop strategies across sales, engineering, and product to unblock them
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers while building relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Work closely with some of the most sophisticated GenAI teams in the world
