This Manager, Growth Analytics role joins the Business Operations team to power growth across students, employers, and universities.
The role builds the analytics backbone powering BizOps insights and recommendations. Focus starts with understanding revenue impact of Employer product investments, key engagements, and monetization levers like pricing. Translate student and employer engagement, product actions, and revenue to financial impact.
Biz Ops sits within Finance to provide cross-functional context for resource allocation between sales and product-led growth. Develop a clear-eyed view of business health. The small but mighty team fosters analytical skills and strategic influence.

Requirements
- SQL fluency and data acumen in big data environments with ability to spot nuances and reconcile data accuracy
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Looker, Tableau; Salesforce, R, Python a plus
- Proven experience using data to support product and business investment decisions with business leaders and product teams
- Translate data into key insights for leadership through presentations or memos
- Break down ambiguous business problems logically and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Self-driven with ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships and prioritize impactful work
- Familiarity with SaaS/marketplace businesses and growth strategies

Benefits
- Cash compensation range: $120,000 - $140,000
