As a Credit Product Manager within PNC's Regional Credit Products Group, you will be based in San Francisco, CA, and serve as a market-level credit product expert. You will structure and advise clients on credit transactions while staying within the bank's risk profile.

You will be responsible for the entire execution of credit-related products, including ACH, FX, EF, and Derivatives, as well as managing the diligence/approval process. You will negotiate legal documents and closings, and directly manage a portfolio of borrowers with ongoing client communication.

This role involves collaborating with Relationship Managers and other product partners to assess credit needs and deliver integrated solutions. You will also lead a team of employees, playing a key role in training, mentoring, and developing junior talent within an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Experience as a market-level credit product expert with ability to structure and advise on credit transactions.
  • Proficiency in managing credit products including ACH, FX, EF, and Derivatives.
  • Strong portfolio management skills with direct client communication.
  • Ability to drive the internal credit approval process and negotiate legal documents.
  • Leadership experience in managing a team of employees and developing junior talent.
  • Collaborative skills to partner with Relationship Managers and other product partners.
  • Knowledge of credit risk assessment and adherence to the bank's risk profile.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a market-level credit product expert, structuring and advising clients on credit and credit-related transactions to meet client needs while staying within the bank's risk profile.
  • Manages the entire execution of credit-related products including ACH, FX, EF, and Derivatives, overseeing the diligence/approval process, legal documents, and closing.
  • Directly manages a portfolio of borrowers and all portfolio management activities, including ongoing communication with clients.
  • Collaborates with Relationship Managers and other product partners (e.g., TM, FX, DCM) to assess credit needs, generate ideas, and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drives the internal credit approval process, loan documentation, and closing.
  • Leads a team of employees to handle all aspects of the credit process, including training, mentoring, and developing junior talent.
