Senior Product Designer

Padlet

San Francisco, US · Full-time · $190,000 – $220,000

About this role

Padlet is building software for a good education—one that inspires curiosity, creativity, and community. We enable visual content creation and collaboration in millions of classrooms worldwide, and we aspire to build products so delightful that you wish you had more problems just to use them.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will design new products and features across mobile and web, working directly with the CEO. You'll coach less experienced designers, help hire new talent, and put Padlet in the hands of a billion people. The work is fast-paced and chaotic—plans change often, and you'll get hate mail when you redesign something users love.

You'll join a small, badass team of 60 people serving over 40 million users. Your colleagues include a designer who notices a 1px misalignment from 18 feet away and a product machine who listens to the Darth Vader theme while working. The office is in the Presidio, a national park with a beach a five-minute walk away and outdoor WiFi overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge.

Your work will have a tremendous impact on global education, and you'll start with an audience of 40 million. We value quality and craft, ship quickly, and don't take ourselves too seriously. This is an in-person role in San Francisco, reporting directly to the CEO.
