Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI
- Strong pre-sales solutioning skills for enterprise customers
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs including fine-tuning, evaluations, RAG, and Agentic pipelines
- Experience designing sophisticated Agentic Workflows and multi-agent systems
- Ability to design reference architectures and deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid, and on-prem
- Knowledge of H2O stack including Driverless AI for predictive features and h2oGPTE for unstructured data
- Proven ability to demonstrate ROI through proofs of value like cost per token and accuracy gains
- Familiarity with AI solutions for verticals such as banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, and public sector
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to drive pre-sales success: lead discovery sessions, identify customer needs, design technical solutions, and build winning proposals
- Execute high-impact proof of value that demonstrates ROI, such as cost per token or measurable accuracy gains using H2O AI Enterprise Platform
- Build and present custom AI/ML/GenAI solutions tailored to industry verticals including banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, public sector
- Showcase hands-on expertise with LLMs: fine-tuning, evaluations, RAG, and Agentic pipelines
- Design and build sophisticated Agentic Workflows beyond simple RAG to multi-agent systems that reason, use tools, and execute complex business logic
- Design reference architectures and deployment strategies for enterprise customers across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid, and on-prem
- Architect integrated solutions leveraging the full H2O stack: Driverless AI for predictive features, h2oGPTE for unstructured data synthesis
