The Brand Designer acts as the operational engine of our Brand team, leading campaign delivery and design execution with precision.

This role involves owning end-to-end campaign delivery from creative brief through final production, ensuring work launches on time, on brand, and on strategy across digital and print channels. Lead our roster of contractors and agency partners, providing clear direction, timely feedback, capacity planning, and quality oversight. Serve as the quality control guardian, developing an instinctive eye for on-brand creative.

We're a nimble design team supporting a broader organization helping families and teachers navigate media landscapes. Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Studios, Product, Marketing, and other teams. Become a trusted partner who understands organizational goals and audience needs.

Drive design operations excellence by establishing efficient workflows, asset management, and production processes. Innovate with AI-powered design tools, automation, and emerging technologies to amplify productivity and impact. Own campaign delivery at scale while continually elevating creative quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace for creating templates and systems
  • Experience leading campaign design production and managing extended teams of contractors and agencies
  • Strong quality control skills with an instinctive eye for brand consistency
  • Ability to translate strategic direction and brand guidelines into flawless execution
  • Expertise in executing creative across digital, print, and multi-medium channels
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and process automation opportunities
  • Capacity to provide strategic feedback and mentorship to contractors and junior team members

  • Innovate on operational efficiency by exploring and implementing AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies
  • Execute high-impact creative across campaign materials, print collateral, digital assets, marketing materials, and branded templates
  • Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Studios, Product, Marketing, and other teams
  • Master production across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace, creating efficient templates for team self-service
