About this role
Renegade is building an onchain dark pool, bringing private exchanges for institutional trading to crypto in a DeFi-native way—fully onchain with no trusted intermediaries. We're hiring an extremely organized operator as Chief of Staff to aggressively push sales and GTM pipelines. On this small team, you'll have real ownership and a wide surface area. Check the site: renegade.fi; read docs: docs.renegade.fi.
Own sales pipeline end-to-end: tracking, follow-ups, next steps, closing loops. Write and iterate customer-facing docs like onboarding notes, one-pagers, explainers. Ship comms including Twitter threads, product updates, announcements; handle operator tasks like contracts, vendors, coordination.
We work in-person in San Francisco with a lean team. Work hand-in-hand with the founder at this early-stage company—you don't need permission to push forward. Shape the role: deeper on GTM systems or chief-of-staff execution across threads.
Requirements
- Unusually organized and relentless about follow-ups
- Comfortable operating in the founder’s inbox
- Experience running pipeline in a high-velocity environment
- Write clearly and quickly and keep clean notes
- Move fast, stay calm, and don’t drop balls
- Proactive without needing permission to push things forward
- Persistent and not awkward about follow-through
Responsibilities
- Own sales pipeline end-to-end including tracking, follow-ups, next steps, and closing loops
- Write and iterate on customer-facing docs such as onboarding notes, one-pagers, and explainers
- Ship communications including Twitter threads, product updates, and announcements
- Handle operator tasks like contracts, vendors, and coordination
- Aggressively push sales and GTM pipelines
- Build GTM systems including process, messaging, and outbound lists
- Run execution across multiple threads as chief-of-staff
