As a hands-on Product Owner on the Business Systems team, you will partner with GTM functions to improve processes and build key systems.

You will configure and maintain Salesforce, handling admin tasks, solutioning, requirements, and help desk support. Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand business problems and gather requirements, then devise scalable technical solutions and architecture. Own the end-to-end development cycle from requirements to implementation and ongoing support.

Work closely with onshore and offshore admins and developers to deliver solutions, while conducting functional testing for optimal end-user experience. Collaborate with business partners across various functions to develop a technology roadmap. This role involves translating business needs into system requirements in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Admin experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience presenting to senior management level audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience translating business needs into system requirements
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and scalable technical solutions

Responsibilities
