You will act as the architect of the GTM tech stack with a developer mindset focused on scalable automated workflows.

You will support the go-to-market organization with day-to-day operations execution across the sales cycle. Build and maintain data correlations and dashboards that reveal pipeline health, funnel performance, and channel effectiveness. Drive strong data hygiene through ETL processes that create a single source of truth for revenue data.

You will partner across the full go-to-market lifecycle from pre-sales prospecting through closed-won business. The role requires hands-on work in systems orchestration, API integrations, and forecasting support within a modern dev-driven environment. You will move teams away from manual data entry toward proactive programmatic solutions.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in operational capacities requiring systems-level and team-level coordination
  • Previous roles in marketing ops, sales ops, or GTM ops
  • Experience building scalable automated workflows and API integrations
  • Strong background in data integrity, ETL processes, and creating a single source of truth
  • Ability to analyze revenue data and deliver actionable insights to leadership

Responsibilities

  • Support the go-to-market organization with day-to-day operations execution across the sales cycle
  • Build, maintain, and improve data correlations and dashboards for pipeline health, funnel performance, and forecasting
  • Drive strong data hygiene and operational consistency across core systems through ETL processes
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations for revenue leadership
  • Partner on strategic projects that adopt new technologies and integrate the existing stack more seamlessly
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning activities such as territory planning and database enrichment
  • Advance the team’s use of AI and prompt-driven workflows by testing and refining practical use cases
