Sierra is creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. Co-founders Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor bring deep expertise: Bret as former co-CEO of Salesforce and CTO of Facebook, Clay leading Google Labs, AR/VR, and Workspace. As Brand Designer, support lead designers producing brand and marketing assets. Translate concepts into high-quality deliverables maintaining visual consistency across touchpoints.

Prepare and adapt designs for presentations, events, social media, website, and other channels. Contribute to production for photography, video, motion graphics, and web content. Deliver production-ready visuals for web, social, presentations, events, and physical goods.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and engineering to bring campaigns to life. Articulate design decisions to partners including external creatives and internal teams. Provide input shaping planning and strategy while maintaining organized design files.

Solicit and deliver feedback to elevate the Sierra brand, uphold guidelines, and ensure craftsmanship. Deep knowledge in key areas with willingness to learn others supports high-visibility projects. Drive pixel-perfect production and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • A portfolio showing strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (motion graphics experience a plus)
  • Openness to feedback, curiosity, and eagerness to grow design skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support lead designers in producing a wide range of brand and marketing assets
