The role focuses on SPIFF, a Salesforce acquisition and sales rep compensation engine. You will build and maintain validation processes that translate traditional testing into AI-driven methods for greater acceleration and accuracy. This work directly supports Sales Cloud growth engines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, data science, and AI groups. The position requires defining quality strategies for SaaS products while integrating cutting-edge AI and LLM technologies. Strong emphasis is placed on raising engineering excellence and delivering high business impact.

Requirements

Prior experience as a member of a Data Science, ML Science, or ML Engineering team
Industry-expert level understanding of quality concerns and validation techniques for enterprise applications
Ability to drive behaviors and initiatives that focus on both quality and throughput
Experience collaborating with product development, data science, and AI teams
Strong focus on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into quality strategies

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for integrating AI/ML solutions into existing workflows and propose new high-quality approaches
Track publicly available models, frameworks, and publications while focusing on practical application at Salesforce
Provide technical leadership on proof of concepts and influence R&D direction through quality and validation expertise
Oversee human evaluation processes for subjective quality dimensions such as response engagement and user safety
Develop and implement robust quality strategies for SaaS products with a focus on AI/ML and LLM integrations
Build and maintain validation of AI-generated code to ensure it meets enterprise quality and is production ready
Translate from traditional testing to AI-driven methods that accelerate testing while improving accuracy
